The Important Of Protein


1.  Protein is one of the basic building blocks of human.  It is 16 percent of our total body weight.  Muscle, hair, skin, and connective tissue are mainly made up of protein.  Enough supply of protein will give you a healtier looking skin, hair and nails.  Protein also contain antioxidants which needed for building and maintaining the appearance of sub tissues.

Protein also play major role in all of the cells and most of the fluids in our bodies.  It has many important chemicals such as enzymes, hormones and neurotransmitters; and even our DNA are at least partially made up of protein.



2.  Protein contain lecthin which can helps to get rid of cellulite.

3.  Soy protein prevents your body from storing fat.  Soy protein prevents over secretion of insulin.  Insulin causes body to store extra sugar in your bloodstream by changing it to body fat.  By reducing the insulin in our body to the healthier amount and having normal blood sugar in the body will lead to fewer hunger craving and lower fat stored in the body.


4.  Soy protein contain L-tyrosine which helps in fat burning by improving your thyroid gland which regulates your metabolism.
