LEARNING PIANO

I started learning piano when I was 35 years old. The interest started when my sister gave me a digital piano software which I installed into my computer. From there I started searching for piano lessons from internet. The lessons normally for very beginner level to whom who not even know where the location of Middle C is. I started learning from there. After the lessons not enough for me, I started searching for piano education books. Normally I went with my husband who are really understood my new interest. At that time I was still using the computer keyboard as my piano.

As time goes by, I found out that the computer keyboard was not enough anymore to play music. Therefore I tried to persuade my husband to buy me at least Casio keyboard which cost about RM600 to RM700, but on 17 June 2006 he surprised my by buying me an electric piano which made me very happy.

As a self and adult learner, now I'm happy with my achievement. I already finished Piano Lesson Made Easy Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 books; and Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course Level 1. Now I'm learning the Basic Adult Piano Course Level 2. Now I can play simple piano note song from Bradley's Big Note Giant Piano Book which arranged by Richard Bradley. The Big Note Book was arranged for Level 1 and 2. The songs that I most playing are such as Fur Elise, Over The Rainbow (from film The Wizard of Oz), You Light Up My Life (Sung by LeAnn Rimes) and How Do I Live (Sung by LeAnn Rimes).

The Important Of Protein

1.  Protein is one of the basic building blocks of human.  It is 16 percent of our total body weight.  Muscle, hair, skin, and connective tissue are mainly made up of protein.  Enough supply of protein will give you a healtier looking skin, hair and nails.  Protein also contain antioxidants which needed for building and maintaining the appearance of sub tissues.

Protein also play major role in all of the cells and most of the fluids in our bodies.  It has many important chemicals such as enzymes, hormones and neurotransmitters; and even our DNA are at least partially made up of protein.

Five Mistakes That People Think Can Help To Reduce Weight

Mistake 1 - Skipping breakfast

Many people think that by skipping breakfast can help in reducing weight because they think it will reduce calories taken for the day.  That is not true because skipping breakfast will make you even hungrier later in the day and slow down your metabolism because you have to eat food to stimulate your metabolic rate.  As a result your body become weaker and you will take more food in the afternoon or later.

The best way is to take protein for breakfast.  You can take a glass of soy milk (instead of tea, chocolate drink or coffee), a piece of chicken or fish (not the raw one of course), or you can take soy powder drink to replace the chicken or fish.  Protein is necessary for hormonal balance and maintaining balanced blood chemistry. Protein will keep your muscles full and tight, instead of stringy and saggy.

Trying to loss weight and stay healty

When I was 26 years old my weight was 55 to 57 kilograms. Now I'm 39 and my weight is 70 kilograms (weighted on 20 November 2010).  My height is 160 centimeter. It is overweight. Oh my god, what should I do to reduce weight and achieve the ideal one??

What come to my mind in few years back was exercise and reduce food taken. I did aerobic exercise before by following aerobic CD about 2 to 3 times a week. I did lost weight but not much which was about 2 to 3 kgs, and the weight keep comes back to what it was before. Sometimes I skipping my breakfast. The negative impact was I've become weaker and weaker each day but I still not get the ideal weight that I dream off.

For the people who are facing the same problems, here are the important and the latest information that I get from reading: don't ever skip your meal but change the eating habit. Instead of eating rice which full of carbohydrate, you should eat protein base food and drink such as soy bean, chicken, meat and fish. Also don't forget to eat vegetable and fruits.
